Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All Packages will ship the same day Monday-Friday if ordered before 3 PM EST. 

 

Tracking numbers will be sent out through email but will not update until the package is in the shipping providers possession .

 

Claims or missing mail searches can not be filed on packages that have been in the mail for less then 10 business days.

 

Most shipping issues can be handled directly through UPS or USPS we have limited control over what the shipping provider does once it is passed off to them.

USPS Claims can be filed by the recipient for lost or damaged packages @ https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. Shipping times are estimated and most do make in it the final destination the allotted time.

 

Overnight packages should arrive next day in most areas.  

UPS Packages will require an adult signature.

 

There are NO REFUNDS on shipping.

Return Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting April 1 ,2023 Processing fees will no longer be refunded to your account when we issue full or partial refunds on canceled orders. Square has changed their policies and is no longer refunding processing fees. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Restocking Fee – 25% of original invoice price
